The 2510 Chew Street is a boutique executive office and co-working space in Houston’s historic 5th Ward. Sponsored by Fifth Ward Community Redevelopment Corporation, the 16,000-square-foot space is being transformed into a hub for entrepreneurs, creatives, nonprofit leaders, and small businesses.
Designed with purpose and community in mind, The 2510 offers private offices, conference rooms, co-working spaces, a podcast studio, wellness room, and shared spaces that support productivity, collaboration, and growth.

"Fifth Ward Celebrates St. Elizabeth Place Apartments Grand Opening"
Thanks to a partnership between the City of Houston, the Fifth Ward Community Redevelopment Corporation and Cloudbreak Communities, a newly, redeveloped apartment will open to Fifth Ward Residents!
The development, St. Elizabeth Place Apartments is what the city calls a ‘landmark adaptive reuse project’ that will transform the historic hospital site known as St. Elizabeth Hospital into 85 apartment units.
